Return and Refund Policy

At MØSAÏS PARIS, each creation is crafted with the utmost care. We want your experience to meet the standards we set for ourselves. If for any reason your purchase does not fully satisfy you, we are committed to assisting you every step of the way.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Customers in France and the European Union)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, we kindly invite you to contact us by email before the expiry of this period. Creations must be returned in their original condition, unworn, accompanied by their case and all authenticity documents.

2. Size Exchange

We understand that choosing the ideal size remotely can be difficult. For this reason, MØSAÏS PARIS offers a size exchange service within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the creation is unworn and in its original condition.

For any exchange request, please contact our customer service team by email, specifying your order number and the desired size. We will carefully guide you throughout the process. Size exchanges are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, a full refund will be offered.

3. Return Costs

Returns are fully covered by MØSAÏS PARIS, both in France and internationally. A prepaid return label will be provided upon simple request to our customer service team. We recommend using the secure and insured delivery service that we will provide, suitable for transporting valuable pieces.

4. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the payment method used for your order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been completed.

5. Customers Outside the European Union

Customers residing outside the European Union do not benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, as part of our commitment to service excellence, we accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided that creations are unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by MØSAÏS PARIS; however, any customs duties or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Creations Not Eligible for Return

Pieces made to measure or personalized at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a proven manufacturing defect. As each bespoke creation is unique, it cannot be resold to a third party

7. Our Quality Commitment

Each MØSAÏS PARIS creation undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment. In the exceptional event that a piece does not meet our standards of excellence, we invite you to contact us without delay by email, attaching detailed photographs. Our team will take full responsibility for the process and will proceed, according to your preference, with a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Policy

At MØSAÏS PARIS, each order is prepared with the utmost care, in refined packaging that reflects the Maison’s standards. We do everything possible to ensure that your creation reaches you in the best conditions.

Article 1 – Our Two Production Methods

Creations Available Immediately Certain pieces from our collection are available in stock and shipped within 24 hours following confirmation of your order (business days).

Made to Order Creations Other pieces are specially crafted for you upon order. Certain sizes or variants of our creations require custom production. This production method, guaranteeing exceptional quality and attention to detail, involves a manufacturing period of 7 to 14 business days. The mention "Made to Order" appears on each relevant product page and variant.

Article 2 – Shipment and Delivery

All our creations are shipped via a secure, tracked, and insured delivery service, suitable for transporting valuable pieces.

Mainland France Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

European Union Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

International Estimated delivery within 5 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Article 3 – Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout according to your delivery country.

Article 4 – Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing your order.

Article 5 – Delays and Force Majeure

The indicated timeframes are provided for guidance only. MØSAÏS PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or any event beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, our customer service team remains at your disposal to assist you.

Article 6 – Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order. MØSAÏS PARIS cannot be held responsible for failed or incorrect delivery due to an inaccurate or incomplete address.

The visuals and descriptions displayed on the website are reproduced with the greatest care; they are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Precious materials and stones may present slight natural variations, reflecting their authenticity.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (VAT included) for customers in France and the European Union. For orders placed outside the European Union, prices may be displayed excluding taxes; customs duties, local taxes, or possible import fees remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

MØSAÏS PARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders

The sale is deemed concluded upon receipt by the customer of the order confirmation email. MØSAÏS PARIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous payment, suspicion of fraud, or unavailability of a creation.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website. All transactions are secure. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

Article 7 – Delivery

Creations are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, in packaging reflecting the Maison’s standards. Delivery times are communicated for guidance only. For international deliveries, additional delays may apply depending on the destination country. MØSAÏS PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers residing in France and the European Union have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return procedures are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy, available on the website.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantees

MØSAÏS PARIS creations benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) as well as the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All content available on the MØSAÏS PARIS website — visuals, texts, logos, creations — is the exclusive property of SAS DCMP and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 12 – Applicable Law and Disputes
