At MØSAÏS PARIS, each order is prepared with the utmost care, in refined packaging that reflects the Maison’s standards. We do everything possible to ensure that your creation reaches you in the best conditions.
Article 1 – Our Two Production Methods
Creations Available Immediately Certain pieces from our collection are available in stock and shipped within 24 hours following confirmation of your order (business days).
Made to Order Creations Other pieces are specially crafted for you upon order. Certain sizes or variants of our creations require custom production. This production method, guaranteeing exceptional quality and attention to detail, involves a manufacturing period of 7 to 14 business days. The mention "Made to Order" appears on each relevant product page and variant.
Article 2 – Shipment and Delivery
All our creations are shipped via a secure, tracked, and insured delivery service, suitable for transporting valuable pieces.
Mainland France Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
European Union Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
International Estimated delivery within 5 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
Article 3 – Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout according to your delivery country.
Article 4 – Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing your order.
Article 5 – Delays and Force Majeure
The indicated timeframes are provided for guidance only. MØSAÏS PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or any event beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, our customer service team remains at your disposal to assist you.
Article 6 – Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order. MØSAÏS PARIS cannot be held responsible for failed or incorrect delivery due to an inaccurate or incomplete address.
